TNCEO team
The team at the Tennessee Center for Employee Ownership (TNCEO) is dedicated to being Tennessee's resource for all things Employee Ownership.
We work with business owners and entrepreneurs at all stages of the business lifecycle (from startup to succession) to explore how shared ownership builds more profitable and competitive businesses, better jobs and an engaged workforce, and more prosperous and resilient local economies.
We also work with TN state, county, and local stakeholders to integrate employee ownership into economic development, business retention, community wealth building, rural investment, workforce development, and startup ecosystem strategies.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors brings diverse expertise to support TNCEO's mission of expanding employee ownership in Tennessee. Board representation includes seasoned professionals from employee-owned companies, and legal, lending, and ESOP and worker cooperative advisory organizations.
